Our clinic policies and procedures have been created with patient health and safety as our top priority. Please keep these in mind when booking your appointment and visiting our clinic.
If you feel that you have an emergent concern that cannot wait 24 hours to be addressed, please visit the E.R. Department at the nearest hospital or call 911.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require 24-hour notification to cancel. This policy applies to same day and urgent appointments as well. If you do not cancel within this time, you will be charged $40 for a missed regular appointment and $80 for longer appointments. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly Medical Office Staff.
To prevent the spread of illness, please notify our staff and wear a mask if you have any infectious symptoms: fever, cough, chills, runny nose, extreme fatigue, muscle aches, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.
If you cannot wait for a phone call appointment and are extremely unwell, please go to the Emergency Department at the nearest hospital or call 911.
